 BUSINESS OPERATIONS  

We are available seven days a week and work from mid March to late December, or as long as the temperature is above freezing for at least twenty-four hours.  

Customers can call or email us with their contact information and we will respond within twenty-four hours. Nine times out of ten we can give the customer a cost estimate over the phone or via email. Most jobs can be completed without customer supervision. This means work can be carried out during the week for your convenience.  

We recommend two cleanings a year. Once in the Spring and once in the Fall.   

For those customers who are not sure if they need a cleaning, inspections are available for free.
